The locations are near Harrah, Newalla, East of Choctaw, Luther, Wellston, Prague, Pink, Bethel, Meeker, Chandler, Macomb, Shawnee, McLoud, East and Southwest of Norman. The acreage sizes range from 1 1/4 ± acre to 10 ± acres. Some developments have minor restrictions.
We would like to point out that Mr. Milburn (Milburn Property, LLC.) owns and PM PROPERTY SALES, LLC and PMM MORTGAGES, LLC provides financing for all this property. This assures you of getting a good title to your property and permits us to have easy financing. In most cases, we can work with you on paying out the down payment on LAND ONLY and you can still move on to the property.
Some of the acreages have well and septic systems. When you find property that you like, we can work with you on installing and financing a well and septic in most cases. We also offer installation and financing on Cellars with the new purchase of property.
