If the Down Payment is a problem, please give us a chance to work with you.

We try to work with every prospective customer.

We can be very flexible in financing land. Mr. Milburn (MILBURN PROPERTY, LLC) owns all the property that we sell and

PM PROPERTY SALES, LLC and PMM MORTGAGES, LLC provides the financing.
